How to enjoy the hums?

• Keep it chilled in refrigerator. Recommended to consume it super duper cold! OR you can also warm them! We have customers eating them warm too.

• Pairs extremely well with hot porridge or with Tang Hoon (vermicelli, glass noodles/冬粉.)

• Best pairing drinks: Ice Cold Beer, Soju or white wine.

How are our hums served?

• Our hums are parboiled as per how hums are supposed to be cooked then drenched and fully submerged in our signature homemade marinate with 8 spicy levels available.

• HUMS ARE TO BE KEPT REFRIGERATED AT ALL TIMES WHEN NOT CONSUMING.
• PORTION OUT AND KEEP BALANCE IN FRIDGE IF NOT PLANNING TO FINISH AT A GO.
• BEST TASTE OF MARINATE: KEPT IN FRIDGE FOR 1 OVERNIGHT FROM DATE OF COLLECTION.
• MAXIMUM 48HOURS IF STORED WELL IN REFRIGERATOR

• Size of hums will depend on our catch of the day.
•In the event that there is no stock for this size, we replace with the biggest size available for the day
(It is highly possible to be changed to SM size if we do not have any big hums at all for the day).
